Is this a sticker? 
NO We print your design directly onto the Frydaze hard plastic clip on case using our permanent printing process. It is embedded into the Frydaze clip on case, both on the backside and the sides,  itself and will not peel off or fade. This product both protects and makes your device look great. 


SHIPPING FAQ
 

Do you deliver to my country? 
 We deliver worldwide. Be sure to get us all your necessary shipping information. 
We offer an International Post service with a 14 to 21 days delivery time .   

How is my order delivered to me?
  
We will ship the order out with a door-to-door delivery, and you will receive a shipping confirmation letter.   

What are the shipping Costs?   
Handling and shipping costs are included in the price. 

How long will the delivery of my order take?
 
From you have placed the order and received the order confirmation e-mail it will take 15-20 working days.     

Where can I see how much it costs to ship to country X? 
The shipping and handling costs are included in the price. 

How do I enter my shipping address? 
You will be asked to enter your shipping details after proceeding with your checkout. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 
No, we do not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. 

How do I know that my order has been successful/ shipped out? 
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have successfully placed the order and a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package has been handed to the carrier for delivery.

How can I track my order? 
The tracking number can be found from the shipping confirmation email that you have received when the package has been handed to the carrier. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. 

What is the estimated time of delivery? 
The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days. 

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order? 
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. You can track the location of your order by using the tracking number that was included in the shipping confirmation email that you have received.  If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. In some countries packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch or back yard. 


DESIGN STUDIO FAQs
   

How do I make my own design on a Frydaze product? 
It’s easy to customize products with your own photo, art, background colors or patterns and more in our product configurator. Choose the blank canvas from the product list (if your model isn’t in there please let us know and we will try to arrange it for you) and then upload your image file, photo or use any of the pre defined options that are there. 

What are the file requirements for uploading my own art or photo? 
There are some things you need to think about when designing a case at our site.  
1. Are your image a jpg, jpeg, or png? 
2. Are your image smaller than 4MB? 
3. Are your image in RGB color? 
4. Are you designing on a computer? (Our design studio does not currently support touch screen devices) 

Please take these points into consideration when it comes to the size and quality of the photo or art file that you want to upload, you will get what you put in. So check this: 
1. Did you download an image from the web? Most images that can be downloaded from the web free of charge are saved at a relatively low resolution, which will not be large enough to cover the entire print area of the case. 
2. If you’ve selected an image from a photo sharing site such as Flickr, Photobucket or Picasa, you may need to go back to the site and search for information on downloading a full size picture. 
3. If the image you are trying to upload was sent to you in an email, it might have been compressed. Most email applications have a default setting, which might compress the image that is being sent. In this case, you should request the sender to have the image resent as an attachment or check the settings to be sure you’re receiving the largest image possible. If you are still having problems, Contact Us, and we will try to help you out.   


PURCHASING FAQs   

How do I buy / pay the products?   
1. Select the model that you wish to buy by clicking the image of the model.   
2. Select the design or create your own design. Once you have selected the design or created your own to buy click “Add to basket”.   
3. The shopping basket shows which item you have selected. If you wish to add more items to your cart simply click “Home”. After this repeat steps 1. and 2.   
4. When you’re done click “Checkout” and you will be forwarded to a payment information site provided by PayPal.   
5. You can pay for your products by:   Using your existing PayPal account Credit card (available credit cards vary depending on your country) The shipping costs are included BUT it’s crucial that you provide the correct address. Remember to provide a phone number as it might be needed at the point of delivery. After you have selected the method of payment, review your address information and the quantity of products as we will not take responsibility for undelivered orders due to incorrectly placed address information. If everything seems to be, as they should, click “Continue”.6. Now you can see the final price of the order excluded local possible taxes. Since we can’t know all the local taxes roles this is your responsibility to follow up. After you have checked that everything is in order click “Complete my purchase”.     

How can I add products to the basket without losing the ones I have already placed in the basket?   
The items that you have already added to the shopping basket will automatically remain in the basket until you either checkout or personally remove them from the basket.   

How can I remove items from the basket?   
You can remove the items that you don’t wish to have from the shopping basket by clicking “Remove” next to the item in question. 
      

PAYMENT FAQs 

What are the available payment options?   
You can pay for your purchases by using one of the following options:   Gift card -You can use a gift card or a voucher code that you have bought or been given. Credit card - You can use your valid credit card to pay for your purchases. (Available credit cards vary depending on your country)PayPal - You can use your existing PayPal account. If you wish to use your existing PayPal account, make sure to check that your address information is up to date.   

When will my credit card be charged after I place an order? 
Your card is pre-authorized for your purchase amount when you click “submit” during checkout. You may see a pending charge on your account at this point. Your card is charged when your order ships.

CANCEL ORDER/EDIT ORDER FAQs
   

Can I add/remove items in my order after checking out?   
Unfortunately due to logistical reasons changing the content of the order is not possible.   

How can I cancel my order?   
If you wish to cancel your order you should contact us by sending an email to support@frydaze.comas soon as possible in order for our customer service to be able intercept the shipping process. Be advised that if the order has already been shipped or in process we might not be able to cancel your order.   Please include the following information in the cancellation request email: The full name the order was placed with Order number The items included in the order The shipping address  


WARRANTY FAQs   

What warranty do I have?   
All customers have 24month warranty on items bought on www.frydaze.com.   

What should I do if my order was incomplete / I received the wrong item / item were damaged?    
If there is something wrong with the content of your order, please contact our customer service atsupport@frydaze.com and provide us with the full name the order was placed with, order number, shipping address and details of which items were missing, extra or damaged. If possible please include picture if damaged
